here's some things to know
*All Specialty Boxes are seasonal. Each new season has different books and merch every time.
Fall & Spring Boxes:
Winter & Summer Boxes:
*Specialty Boxes can have only reader merch, or reader merch & books. Please read the item description to see what your getting in your box before ordering.
*Author Book Boxes include that authors book/s, with 2 custom merch items of the author choosing, 3 custom stickers, 2 free gifts from The Bookish Boutique, and 1 custom bookmark.
* We do ship internationally!! Feel free to chat online or email us and ask if your country is set up!
*All products have a shipping date in their Item Description under Read More. Please check there before ordering.
*ALL PRODUCTS have a flat shipping rate. Please be aware of this when ordering and plan accordingly. Our tax rate is 8%.
*All customers will be sent a confirmation and tracking number of their order, once the item is shipped. We will continue to update the item shipping information through the post as well.
*The Bookish Boutique is not monetarily responsible for any delays due to the mailer/shipping carrier that could possibly delay the arrival of your product. We will keep the customers up-to-date on ship by date or estimated time of arrival and ship on all products. *All items are final and non-refundable after being paid to The Bookish Boutique from the buyer.
*No Boxes- Monthly, Specialty or Author can be returned and are non-refundable. If an item within the box is damaged due to mail carrier issues, please contact us with pictures and description at, email@example.com
*Damaged Items- due to mail carrier issues, will be replaced or store credit given to the buyer for individual items only. Damaged products must be reported to The Bookish Boutique via email, firstname.lastname@example.org, ONLY within 24 hours of receiving. Proof of damages, such as pictures may be requested by The Bookish Boutique from the buyer. If the product arrives damaged due to mail carrier issues, the buyer can request store credit in the amount of value for the item. If the buyer is in the United States, and it's a broken or damaged glass item, we will resend another one. If the item is a book- and you'd like The Bookish Boutique to replace book, the damaged one will have to be returned to The Bookish Boutique.
*We will not resend any glass products to International Orders that was damaged or broken during mailing. We will only issue store credit in the amount of value of product.
*For clothing products, EXCHANGES (you send us product and we resend back) are allowed for a different size of the same product IF- Product/s is in stock; Product/s has not been worn; Product/s still has any labels, tags on; Product/s can be shipped by to The Bookish Boutique within in 48 hours of receiving product/s.
*The Bookish Boutique will not refund money due to ordering the wrong size/color or simple dislike of the product.
*The Bookish Boutique is not responsible for any items sent to the wrong address. That is the responsibility of the buyer. If a product gets sent back to The Bookish Boutique in the case of the wrong address, we will contact the buyer to be made aware, but it is the buyer's responsibility to pay shipping fees again.
